SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Ecronix. To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery, all our orders are fulfilled by Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FBA).

1. Fulfillment & Processing Time Since we use Amazon’s world-class fulfillment network, most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day. You will receive a notification as soon as your order leaves the Amazon warehouse.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping speed selected.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually 3-5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days (where available).

  • Priority Shipping: 1 business day (where available).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via your Ecronix account.

4. Delivery Areas Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Please note that shipping times to these locations may be slightly longer.

5. Shipping Partners Amazon utilizes a variety of carriers to deliver orders, including Amazon Logistics, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is automatically selected by Amazon to ensure the quickest delivery to your specific address.

6. Lost or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@ecronixgarden.com. Since we utilize Amazon FBA, we will work quickly to resolve any issues regarding your delivery.
